IMO, it’s going to be better if you contact tattoo/piercing parlors in your area to see what their prices are. I got my nostril pierced for decently cheap at a parlor. I would definitely tell you to look at reviews and ask others for their opinions on the place though because when I moved, I went to a different parlor to get the jewelry changed and they gave me bad jewelry so it got infected and I had to take it out
