Use smaller plates! It tricks your brain into thinking ur eating more. U naturally serve smaller portions, feel more satisfied, and are less likely to overeat :)

drinking a lot of water helps! not in like meal replacement but sometimes your body really wants water and makes u feel hungry instead so make sure your drinking water if you aren’t
