
Cut out all sugar I MEAN ALL if u want a “sweet treat” earn that shit and only have a very small portion once a week consume less calories than you burn in a day and do that everyday for a good few months, if you’ve ever watched naked and afraid you know that starving works😭😭😭mental health isn’t an excuse simply because physical health is so intertwined with your mental state I promise it will get better when you like how you look in the mirror… n e wayz that’s how I lost 50 pounds in 6 months😛
