not bad at least once i got in my room. i wasn’t on like the most extreme level. i mostly had a nervous breakdown. i didn’t really feel unsafe but i couldn’t tell the time or days. i don’t want to get into the other oeople that much but i felt fine. the process of getting my room was hellish though and made me feel worse.

we did lots of group therapy’s. my favorite was art and expressive/self care therapies. music was a popular one but it got overstimulating fast. they gave us tons of snacks but the meals were hit or miss. too carby tbh. my first day i had a hefty egg muffin breakfast, cheeseburger and fries lunch, pizza and fries dinner… it had my stomach hurting

the nurses were very hit or miss. they either were outstanding or didn’t even really talk/help us.
