Simple. Track your calories. If you can’t. Eat once a day. Workout or do some sort of exercise to raise your heartbeat for at least an hour for at least four times a week.

My doctor (an actual MD) recommends intermittent fasting as a healthy way to manage blood sugar, so eating once a day does not HAVE to be unhealthy if you are getting adequate calories and nutrition during that one meal/time period.
