Just seems like social media brain rot imo. Bc to me "supporting each other" isn't just mindlessly liking or commenting something superficial. If you go to all your friends posts, take the time to really sit and analyze, write out something meaningful and that's how your friend group is, no shade. But first glance just makes it seem like the social media brain rot thing where we all just want big numbers

But I can see where you’re coming from, but I don’t think it’s being superficial to comment something nice on a friends post and like because I like them as a person. I don’t want to go viral, I just to connect with the people I know I’m real life, which is basically the point of social media

Not everyone is entrenched in social media that deep is my point. You're taking it as a slight against you and thinking no one cares about you, when in reality they may just not care about mindlessly liking stuff OR forget to 🤷‍♀️

I agree with OP. While it might seem like shes escalating something minor to some first world detrimental issue, sometimes, it’s nice to be reassured that people you’re friendly with actually like you… Idk I’m kinda insecure so I understand
