u post ur ocs and others post theirs. everyone gets separated into 2 teams. you get points by “attacking” (drawing) characters from the opposite team. the opposite team gets points by “attacking” (drawing) characters from your team

People making art of each others' OCs (can be drawings, animation, physical art like clay or embroidery,, any medium really). The points don't really matter, just a way to keep track of your efforts (you get more points based on the time and effort you put in). Doesn't matter which team "wins" in the end, just people having fun!

Who decides points? Is this on a specific platform?

You pretty much rate yourself. It'll ask how many characters you drew, if it's flat colors or shaded or rendered, simple background or scenery, or if it's animation I believe it asks how many frames, or if it's physical art it goes by hours spent
