Why do I have such low confidence in my own art? I’m skilled but yet I have low self esteem in my work and too hard on myself. Dunno

Maybe try to create a piece that you really have been wanting to do for a while. Then you can feel satisfied that you completed a goal/can clearly see any gaps you may not have realized.

Like the first time I was able to draw my character the way I saw them in my head I felt really accomplished even tho I still have a lot of improvement to do
