I don’t use cleanser on my face, only moisturizer. Every cleanser I used was too harsh for my sensitive skin so I massage my face in the shower to take off the dirt and whatever concealer I used but I haven’t had a breakout since middle school

Using cleanser 3x in shower one after another and also using bee venom (doesn’t hurt even tho it sounds like a torture serum)

Just because if you’re not eating that means you’re also not eating things that trigger break outs like sugar or caffeine

Option that does not involve acquiring an eating disorder: remove one potential acne-causing item from your diet for a couple weeks and see if it helps, then if it doesn’t, pick it up and move to the next one. This is how people find most food sensitives in general, especially inflammatory ones like in this case.

If you’re stable, fasting shouldn’t develop an ED, a 72 hour fast once a month helps your body reset, per the internet and my own experience, my body has never felt so good since I started doing it

A fast shouldn’t last longer than 18 hours, it’s not healthy. I understand if the pros outweigh the cons in the cases of some illnesses but I wouldn’t recommend it on a plain jane skincare post.
