If you have really bad hormonal acne get on birth control. I’m taking Yaz (Syeda) medium dose estrogen, saved my skin. Had crazy cystic acne and after 2 cases it’s insane. Plus it’s free because it’s covered by my insurance

I also use niacinamide serum from truskin and cetaphil moisturizing lotion and olay daily sunscreen
