How to get rid of Keratosis Pilaris without a dermatologist??!!! Drugstore recs? I tried stridex and alcohol after showering with a sugar scrub and these dark holes won’t go away!!! I’ve had em since I was about 12. I shave roughly once a month

Chemical and physical exfoliation!!! Use a exfoliation towel in the shower Use prequel’s milky peel every night or every other night (I do twice a day but I’ve built up to that) and follow up w a good thick, unscented moisturizer

Like an African net sponge (I’ve never used this one but I’ve heard good things) or a exfoliating towel (that’s literally what the packaging says)— you can get them at the drugstore/marshalls

It’s just a towel that helps physically exfoliate your skin
