You have to get those lasered off, go to a med spa for a consult. It’ll cost you 80 bucks. Had same problem

girl i had the same thing and i just got a prescription from my doc, she said it was inflammation and it went away so fast🙏🙏

I have something similar, it could be Perioral dermatitis? If it is, it’s usually treated with an oral antibiotic by a derm. you could also try a gentle hydrocortisone cream or sulfur treatment.
