My fave thing I did as a rush chair was a tea party theme. We got a whole bunch of antique teapots from thrift stores to put on tables and put flowers in them. It was super cute

I love the mirrors with text in them, my chapters said picture yourself in phi sigma sigma. Was a super cute photo op for the sisters and when I was a pnm it was super meaningful to me too

something to avoid- making your decor another chapters colors, ESPECIALLY on sisterhood. one at our school did all of their decor in gphi’s colors, so it was hard to really see their unique traits

I ran recruitment for my chapter, we got a neon sign of our chapter name so axo in my case and did memory boards. my school was super strict too with rules
