Yes!! It’s a great way to meet more people even if you don’t join one! I’m the only one out of my core friend group who has rushed and I don’t regret it because of how it opened me up and connected me with more like minded people

Yes girl! A lot of girls go through rush alone. I’ve met some amazing girls in my GC group and in my own house. It’s so worth it

If you ask the sorority group ofc theyll say yes. My sorority fucked me over and then I found out that all of the “friends” I made were fake but one. I had fun up to that point tho, just know they’ll be a lot of drama and inauthentic people

You need to go into rush prepared. Find a rush coach and follow their socials. Get tips on interactions. Be intentional with your clothing choices. Be authentic. Be open to whatever happens because if you are considering not rushing at all, what’s the difference?

While it is possible I think that as long as you’re genuine with the girls you should be good! Don’t worry too much about it, and if for some reason you get dropped you can always cob or rush again if you want to!

Basically, it’s a weeklong process where you meet the sororities and they get to know you too. You go through different rounds, and after each round you rank the houses you’d want to see again. The houses do the same thing with the girls. It gets more and more personal as the week goes on, and eventually you rank your final choices and hopefully match with one of them on Bid Day. 💕

It does also depend on your school too, at my school it is two weeks bc we start the day before classes. If you go on your school’s Panhellenic website there should be more info on days. Your Gamma Chi or Recruiment Counselor will also give a lot more info on how it all works out, they usually message their girls about a week or two before rush
