Tbh I’m my opinion I think joining a new one on campus would be pretty cool! You would be starting its legacy on campus!

i would say it depends on how well you click w the girls !! if you love the chi o girls, i’d say stick w it (def agree with #1, helping set up such a widely recognizable org is good for resume also) — chi o is one of (if not the) biggest sororities nationwide so you’ll get networking opportunities even if it’s a little tough while ur an active. but if you get along better w a preestablished one, then choose them. good luck!! :)
