unfortunately this is a very real thing in greek life. at least one of the sororities at my school is like this too.

So real i didn’t make it onto the voting slate for vp positions and I felt so uncomfortable that i almost dropped bc of it. Now im just tryna outdo myself in my director role so that the next ppl maybe see the initiative idk it’s so pathetic

Tbh I feel like this is common and due to the disconnect between groups. When I wasn't on exec I felt like this them when I was on exec I felt like people didn't understand how much was out of our control and all the rules we had to follow. And of course some ppl toook things too seriously but then as a senior I realized it's not that deep genuinely
