This movie was genuinely hilarious and Anakin HATED that little guy for most of it

Also just in all actuality, we see when Luke’s prosthetic hand get tested with needles he flinches, and we see Anakin react in pain when using his prosthetic hand in the original animated clone wars, so I do believe that Anakin could actually feel with his prosthetic hand. And both hands had gloves and I don’t think the animators wanted to waste animation of him pulling off a glove.
