Outside of Owen being related to Obi wan, I like this story better than the explanation that ROTS showed us. It flows into Leia’s story in ROTJ better.

Totally! Leia having some memories of Padme would make better sense. They can still do the “Padme dies of a broken heart.” Thing too because Leia talks about how she remembers Padme being sad.
