I always thought El losing her powers would be a decent end for her character — in season 4 she felt worthless without them and then regained them, which felt off thematically speaking. I would’ve liked to see her live a normal life.

with their bs lore they literally could have just said "now that dimension x isnt connected to earth anymore, she has no connection to henry/the mind flayer anymore so her blood is normal and she doesnt have powers" like shit really could have been that easy😭
