ive thought it as henry can make people see things and move things but he has been unable to be perfectly replicated and she’s the only one with the visual power, but ultimately the government wanted someone with his physical power so they continued to replicate henry, hence why they’re all different ages

Henry has both the ability to make people see things and telekinesis, and both 11 and 8 got their powers from Henry’s blood. So either it’s just what each “inherited” from Henry or 11 and 8 are just specialized with their abilities and haven’t tapped into the other abilities
