I ship Will with someone who is actually gay and actually attracted to Will, not Mike who hasn’t seemed interested in Will like that. That’s not homophobic. That’s just, wanting a character to be in a healthy relationship that makes sense

I don’t take these people seriously when they say these things I assume they’re either very young or not bright. It’s one thing to ship Byler but to call people homophobic for not wanting them together is insane. They act as if representation can only happen if Mike and Will get together but Wills feelings for Mike and the unrequited love is actually a common experience many people have in the LGBT community.

This is the most wild take ever😭😭 sorry I think will deserves better than Mike and their friendship means everything to them. Will has basically been stuck in this small group in Hawkins his whole life and deserves a chance to explore his sexuality truly. I also love the way this story has centered around the friendship of these 4 boys and ik they will grow up and apart but knowing most friend groups, when people get together, it can cause rifts and I wouldn’t want that to happen.
