I haven’t seen that season since it came out and aside from a few scenes he seemed pretty justified. Imagine the last place your girlfriend was seen alive before having all her limbs broken was in the creepy 20 year old high schooler’s trailer. Dude was the leader of the “hellfire” club. Plus wasn’t there a panic in the 80s about DnD being used for satanic rituals? He definitely was not a good person even outside of the whole Eddie thing but what he did wasn’t THAT outrageous given the situation
