Just seriously asking for the sake of validity, if it was a stroke, wouldn't it be more than just the side of his mouth drooping? Typically don't the eyebrow and eyelid also tend to droop? I'm sure that there are cases that don't check every box, but I'm just trying to make sure our shit is straight before we start saying stuff like this

No I get what u mean, but the way his mouth looks is really consistent with other stroke victims I’ll find a pic of someone else

It’s also kinda the way he leans that way and can’t walk in a straight line. That’s also pretty significant
