Hypothetically: I don’t 100% support every move made by the administration, and I also recognize that I don’t 100% know everything that’s happening, since media on the right spins stuff only to make the administration look good, and media on the left spins to only make it look bad. In general I supported most proposed policies at the time of the election, but don’t have enough 1st hand, unrefutable evidence to give some sort of final judgement on how it’s currently acting either way.
I didn’t like Biden either And there are factual news sources, I recommend doing some research on what you’re actually supporting, something being reported by someone who is anti-Trump doesn’t automatically mean it’s biased data or incorrect information, people are anti-Trump because of the evidence that’s being reported on
I would certainly like for America to be “Great Again”, although I think there is some nuance as to how that is interpreted. You can probably guess who I voted for, but that also shouldn’t be taken to mean I 100% agree with and support every move made by this administration. I think that goes, at least generally, for most people who call themselves MAGA.
I think the problem is kind of two fold: you see the administrations actions through a lens that paints it all as horrible, people who support it fully see the administration through a lens that paints it as perfect. From either point of view, anything that backs that idea up is accepted and anything that challenges it is disregarded as fake news or propaganda. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, with a lot of the actual facts and motives being something that neither side fully knows.
Taking that statement at face value thats a pretty obvious “no”, as it would be from pretty much anyone. At face value there’s an objectively true answer to that. but the context is the claim that this administration is racist/discriminatory, which you would say it is, while people who support this administration would say it isn’t.
I really recommend digging a little deeper the next time you see a leftist talk about some of the stuff that’s going on. You don’t have to immediately believe everything the left discusses, but at least take a moment to do some searches about what’s being discussed and look for reputable news sources, a lot of people go to Reuters and AP
I don’t want to be that guy, but there are statistics that suggest a disproportionate amount of “lgbtq” are pedos. Understand that statement is generalizing what’s usually thought of as a spectrum, and also isn’t claiming that all lgbtq are pedos. I think the correlation there is because of overlap in *some* of the personal values that lead to either group.
That's a good point, and maybe so. My point was more considering the personal values (or lack thereof) that a pedo would have, and how they would justify it to themselves. a lot of Igbtq is going against "traditional" ideas of sex, gender and maturity, and I guess in my mind it's not as big of a jump from that to pedophilia
We haven’t been a colony for like 250 years, and I think if you consider americas military, industry, economy and innovation capability compared to the rest of the world, it has need “great” for most of the past hundred years. it’s pretty clearly started to lose that lead in the past few decades. People who support him don’t think he’s a rapist and besties with pedos and tyrants. If they thought that, they wouldn’t support him.
“traditional” values regarding sex, gender, and age aren’t even that moral. for most of history society preached that women must remain pure virgins so they are more valuable to husbands, gender didn’t really exist bc it was interchangeable with sex, and marriage involved very very young girls and much older men and mostly had nothing to do with love and more to do with wealth and social standing. child marriage is still legal in many US states with only ~17/50 states banning it.
