Yes, it is illegal, but keep in mind legality rarely stops a country at war. It doesn’t matter if it’s not legal, them landing in Gaza would go against what Israel wants from the war. They will do everything they can to stop them from docking. Germany did it in ww1 with US ships supplying the British; it’s not anything new. All we can do is hope they make it safely.
