Lose the weight then be self conscious about the change in your skin, bagginess or stretch marks, then come to them to have it fixed. They’re making more business for themselves

Arguably because increased weight and fat causes a higher amount of skin issues. So offering this to some patients can be a way for them to combat these issues.
