If you stop seeing happiness as something that can be obtained and simply as a state of being its a lot easier. Im a person with severe depression so i get that its easier said than done but like. Even if i dont “feel” happy when im doing something i like i remind myself “hey this rules and i like this” and it helps over time, as silly as it sounds. Your brain kinda has to revert back to how it felt happy as a kid. No analysis just enjoying whats happening
