General on Yik Yak | Why are people usually so eager to get on the plane as early as possible? The seats are assigned, you’re just choosing to spend more time in a cramped space than an open one. If you don’t have a carry on, I see zero benefit to getting on sooner.

Well I mean you kinda answered your own question there. Most people have carry ons, and they want to find a good space for it
