maybe show her the reality of what her bigotry leads towards. For me it was learning the history and seeing what lynchings did; or meeting a real holocaust survivor. I just didn’t know the full extent of how bad things were when i joked about them

I mean if they’re just jokes and actually funny idk if it matters. do her actual views reflect that? is there real hatred in her heart or is she just being an edgy 18 y/o?

yes. her parents almost encourage it. they laugh at the jokes

she’s doing the opposite though, which is hard. she’s joking about white people. which can be funny, but it’s dark and violent jokes, not your run of the mill stuff

i don’t think she’ll respond to that. she’s already pretty rebellious, and that might just encourage her. she might like that
