I think this would work great for manual labor jobs like construction and stuff like that because you know who is actually doing the most work. Possibly also nurses because they are on their feet the whole time running around. Office jobs would suffer but using your brain does take a ton of calories.
What about the people who spent decades of their lives perfecting their craft? Surgeons who spend years and years learning how to save people only to stand in an operating room for hours and not burn too many calories? Business people who spent years failing to end up succeeding? This logic is flawed
