since you have an ed history i highly recommend that you stop counting calories, it’s a very slippery slope, so just be careful if you choose to continue

Counting calories is depressing wym this little amount of food is 600 calories

yeah not counting i won’t lose. like i said, i had a much more controlled day of eating yesterday cutting back on portions (to get used to it) and counted the calories, in the end it was 2600 and some change. the only reason i stopped eating yesterday was bc i hit that number. like on a normal day i would’ve eaten whatever i wanted with the portions i wanted plus some snacks. i was prob eating near or at 3k a day and im only 5’6 non athlete. insane-

like i hit that number by only cutting back a tiny bit and eating the foods i usually eat. so like i can’t imagine what my total was when i was going freestyle and i don’t want to im kinda mortified😭😭😭

I totally get u 😭 I’m cutting rn and doing 1200 cals/day but counting everything makes me rethink life as a whole when I realize how much calories it was when I wasnt counting thinking it was a normal portion
