Tbh, while I’m mostly a fan, i have issues with one of his policies. Rent freezes haven’t worked anywhere they’ve been tried, including Berlin and Stockholm, and lead to a lower supply for future renters while they do make life easier for current renters. Building more rentals is the way forward, but he’s only proposing 200k over 20 years, which is not nearly enough. If, instead of doing rent controls, he vowed to build 600k units, I would be in support of him fully
