Funny, I don’t recall sending 22,000 truckloads of aid totaling over 400,000 tons to a population being included in the definition of genocide. I don’t recall dropping leaflets to warn civilians being part of the whole ethnic cleaning MO. Odd that the civilian to combatant death ratio is well within expected range for urban warfare.
