Being accused of something racist should have lighter repercussions, in some instances.
As long as you acknowledge it, apologize, and genuinely try to grow from the experience, I think the person shouldn’t be condemned.
I feel this way towards a lot of things. A lot of people don’t leave room for people to make a mistake or two and allow them time to grow. Some shit takes time to unlearn
