Tbh it’s easier than writing a book and shipping it all over the world in different languages and countries.Is the internet evil, eh it’s a grey area. People have been posting their lives for thousands of years and telling it through books, word of mouth, etc. Yea a good amount of people lose touch with reality and sit on the internet all day, but it’s better than not having any internet.

I think we all want to be seen and recognized by people around us; however, I think the culture of the internet is the problem. It’s about numbers, algorithms, likes, and maintaining an image than being genuine.

Social media isn’t evil. It’s an outlet. An outlet itself isn’t evil, it’s how people use it. People decide to be evil bc they can be anonymous, they (for the most part) have the freedom of no repercussions and they can say whatever they want.

i never really found the idea of posting myself everywhere to be appealing… all of my accounts are private and whenever i do post it’s like, pictures i took while touring a cave or something. i don’t need everybody in my business
