I think what it comes down to is that A Little Piece of Heaven is cartoonishly violent, to the point where you know the songwriter doesn’t actually think like that, whereas the really fucked up Korn songs are fucked up in a more realistic and visceral way because Jonathan Davis is a genuinely tortured soul
