I just graduated and I’ve told EVERYONE that I was going to work at a specific place(worked there the last 2 summers) but I just contacted them and they said they are fully staffed….i feel like i sabotaged myself and my work plans are absolutely ruined

Bc last summer she asked me if I was going to come back and I said that I probably would and it’s such an unserious job and they have been so understaffed for the last 2 years it’s literally a job at a grocery store like I didn’t even think she would turn me away but ya looking back I def should have contacted them earlier I just really didn’t think they wouldn’t need me🥲
