Not yelling at people during a debate ≠ being a respectful person

Aside from the racist comments, he was also extremely homophobic, he wanted to force his religion onto everyone, remove gay marriage rights, that doesn’t sound like valuing free speech to me. Believed empathy was a made up word and unnecessary, but yes he was totally respectful

Not to mention his belief in the great replacement theory, which is antisemitic and white-nationalist

this was pointing out how DEI practices can induce what he called “thought crimes” on the average person, leading them to say stuff like that. that’s not the full quote or context. and the next one i don’t get. he’s admonishing slavery and oppression and you’re mad about it?

not homophobic, did not “force” religion on anyone, only personally believed marriage was between a man and woman, never advocated for the removal of gay marriage rights, and did not believe empathy was a made up word. all of these are taken out of context. all this does is prove you do not watch his videos and only watch spliced clips. you’re just following this big hatred narrative and i could not feel more sorry for you

he also said in a campus debate that he PERSONALLY believes marriage is between a man and a woman. not that it needs to be illegal or whatever you’re trying to make it sound like he said

abbreviated quote but paints the picture a lot better than the 6 words you people selected from it "I can't stand the word empathy, I think empathy is a made up new age term and it does a lot of damage. Sympathy is a better word, because empathy means you are actually feeling what another person felt, and no one can truly feel what another person feels."
