90% of the appeal of Star Wars is Jedi stuff so I’m not sure why Star Wars is leaning away from Jedi stories.

The appeal of Star Wars is the breadth of the universe. There’s a corner of the Star Wars mythos for just about anyone. Same way you can have high fantasy without focusing on wizardry

Because it already has a massive fan base and it doesnt need it to create good movies and shows.

Listen, I love Star Wars, I always wanted to be a Jedi... but a lot of the good content doesn't focus heavily on Jedi. Some of the most interesting Clone Wars episodes didn't have Jedi in them, Andor didn't have lightsabers/force at all, Rogue One was amazing, Solo was great, Mandalorian is an amazing show too(very few Jedi moments, Grogu is not main character and is literally a child)

Listen, I love a lot of the non-Jedi stories but feel like we’ve been bogged down in interquels about what everybody but the Jedi did between episode 3-4 and 6-7. Id be more game for this if they just moved the story along. At this point we’re gonna get a Commander Cody tv series and I don’t need that.

Well yeah most of Star Wars was about the main storyline so of course the new content is about stuff that hasnt been covered yet
