What do yall do to get yourselves out of a depressive episode?

GO OUTSIDE. Seriously. Lay on a blanket in the sun, hammock, cold plunge in a lake, walk around a lake, etc. it really depends how severe the depression is but getting out in nature for at least 20 minutes a day to simply enjoy it will release hella serotonin

In addition to all the boring stuff, 8 hours of sleep, drink a few water bottles a day, focus on protein consumption, spend time around positive people, clean your environment up
