There are two general solutions to this: take some kind of meds to reduce your emotions(not recommended) OR you can try to change how you handle your emotions. Learning things can be stressful and irritating when you keep failing, but if you take your time and try to imagine you have all the time in the world to learn, you might take off some pressure. When you start feeling overwhelmed take a break and do something relaxing.
