Jan 6th wasn’t even close to the most destructive riot against the federal government in that period. CHAZ took over several government buildings for weeks, no charges. BLM set fire to at least two federal buildings, very few charges. Jan 6th they ran around for a few hours and took selfies, literally dozens of people were arrested after the fact and given massive charges. They didn’t get away with anything, a lot of them got huge fines or prison time.

Well it was a group of violent individuals that stormed the capitol and faced no charges or consequences. If the other party did that, they’d be all called terrorists and labeled as violent. It wasn’t 9/11 yes. Two completely different events for different things. An election that was fair vs a terrorist attack on our country.

Okay I guess if you put it that way, makes sense! We ARE allowed to rebel against government, hence why we have the 2nd amendment. I don’t remember if anyone died that day? I’m neither too, I just want us all to not be so angry at each other when the one we need to be angry at sits untouchable. I feel like the girl in mean girls that wanted to make a cake made of rainbows and smiles and we can eat it and be happy 😭 my bad bro

The left did in fact lay siege to the White House itself not even too long before that. Even burned the guard house to the ground.
