Agit-prop. Propaganda which relies on highlighting an event in a way which causes the viewer to feel a need to act. Such programs generally rely on creating a perception of contradiction in the mind of the target through intentionally inflammatory but out of context or false claims repeated widely with strong appeals to emotion.

Israel has been bullying Gaza for decades, funding different “extremist” groups to rationalize their onslaught. They don’t care about the starving people in Gaza. If they did they would be welcoming refugees not blockading. Please don’t pull your entire point of view from reels and tik toks.

True. The author of this post knows the word abduction is an intentional misrepresentation of a lawful naval blockade. The people were safely transported to shore by IDF and are being sent home. No one was abducted.

Ben Gvir is a divisive politician who often says inflammatory things because it helps him win his local elections. There’s nothing violent in this video. I wish he hadn’t said these things but still doesn’t constitute an “abduction” Israel couldn’t let them sail into the Gaza Strip if they want to impose a military blockade. Whatever you think of that blockade isn’t the point… the word kidnapped is just a misrepresentation here
