do you know what DEI is? its basically exclusionary to white people or even east asians in some fields because they make up the most common and qualified roles. DEI lowers the standards to accept a more diverse employee or whatever but the problem is that whites and asians are then rejected. how is this fair when they exceed qualifications? again im just noticing this as a female poc and you wanted an example on how whites are being treated/punished lol
