This comparison is nonsense. When Israel uses high-capacity munitions they do so to destroy military infrastructure, not to kill individuals.

In a weird way their approach is maintaining some semblance of peace for the past 60 years. Everytime the Arabs find a new leader who makes them do the war dance, Israel does precision military actions which avert full scale war and do minimal damage

It’s a cycle that basically repeats every few years: a new leader starts making them do the dance, Israel defends itself with surgical preemptive strikes, they sit back down and lose their appetite for war, wait a few years for their collective memory to fade and a new leader who gets them riled up again
