Incorrect. A war, by definition, is a conflict between two state actors with uniformed military forces, with the governments of both ratifying articles of war against each other. Gaza has no military, nor did its government ever ratify articles of war against Israel. Nor did the Israeli government ever declare war on Gaza. It’s an occupation and utter decimation of a sovereign nation by another. It also seems Putin is copying Israel’s tactics in Ukraine now, attempting to level cities daily.
