Yeah, but more of the “I’ll accuse you of rape if you don’t do ___”. And this doesn’t mean rape doesn’t get reported all the time aswell. It’s a very grey area of a topic but we can agree that those that rape and those who falsely accuse someone of rape both are not good people

Also, just for the record: it’d be a lot easier to disprove false accusations is we also put the effort into proving true ones. Like not leaving rape kit tests in hot warehouses so the evidence is destroyed. Or making it less traumatic to testify. If our process were better, we could ask the false accusers, hey, why didn’t you bring this forward earlier? But that’s not the world we live in and he need to move tf on
