Arguably depends on the stage of the game. If this is late game, terrible. But if it is early game then this is a pretty good hand if you can somehow avoid drawing more

No. It’s not arguable. Having to “avoid drawing more” is already a losing position. Specially when you consider that, in your version, the cards are DEALT TO YOU which is not at all analogous to the situation trump is in, where all of the adversities he is facing are a direct result of his own incompetent actions
