treat yourself like a child! i will get in my comfiest pajamas and wrap myself in a blanket cape and make myself a hot drink or some sort of treat and watch a movie or something and just pretend to be a kid staying home from school sick. also gentle parent yourself, only you know exactly what youre going thru so cut yourself some slack ❤️

deadass just tell that little voice to shut the fuck up. call that voice a lil bitch and ignore it, you’ll get better at it over time. become stoic in regard to how ur day went, whether good or bad. say “next” and move on to the next day

Go to the pool. Had a top 10 most miserable day of my life, went to the pool, and just chilled out in the water. Just float on your back and let your mind go silent. Everything just melts away.
