*people who post hateful things on social media* *those same people who donât think there are consequences for their actions* You are the face of your company/business/organization/etc. When you post dumb shit on social media, you essentially throw whoever you represent under the bus and cost them money and reputation. This is not a hot take. You have to be responsible for your actions.
People are mixing up the words here. Empathy isnât what this is aboutâitâs sympathy. When someone is assassinated, people naturally mourn and show sympathy for the loss. Quoting something said about empathy in a totally different context doesnât erase the fact that people are grieving.
dawg, every single media network did a puff piece about him for 48 hours, and barely any of them actually showed any clips. because there isnât a single one that makes him not look like an asshole. he didnât deserve to die, but donât make light of his death by pretending he was something he wasnât. he was a free speech absolutist, trying to cancel people in his name is antithetical to everything he stood for. <3
I have no idea what puff pieces youâre reading or what clips youâre watching, but youâre totally wrong on both counts. Plenty of the things I saw had clips of him talking and there are plenty of clips where he looks gracious and respectful, because he was gracious and respectful.
Because they think exactly the same as him. They think Black people are not intelligent or capable, they think they are all violent, they think Jews run everything from the shadows, they think gay and trans people should die, they adore the loss of bodily autonomy, and they think tRump cares about them. Theyâre fucking idiots and vitriolic troglodytes.
There were numerous black people in his circle of personal friends, In his organization and just in his life in general. He never made a disparaging statement about black people, he promoted them within his own company and at the same time encouraged several to start their own businesses and platforms. There is precisely zero evidence that he was a racist and plenty of evidence against that. Donât sneer at someone for something they werenât.
ur just straight up lying!! and iâm so confused as to why? Heâs stated several times he doesnât think black pilots are qualified and also said black women donât have the same cognitive function as white people. there is video footage of him calling someone the C slur. so lying through your teeth like this is insane. Atp just stand on being a racist goody
The person I brought up as an example is Amir Odom. A prominent creator and someone whose career was uplifted by Charlie. The photo is from an early time they had gotten together before an event. Amirâs latest video is him defending his friend from the lies and smears being spread about him following his murder.
Starting with the first one. On the topic of DEI and following the announcement from several airlines that they had been instituting racial hiring quotas (which is illegal per the Civil Rights Act) Charlie pointed out how that puts doubt into the minds of customers as to the airlines employeeâs qualifications. Hence him saying if heâs sees the pilot is black he is going to think âGod I hope heâs qualifiedâ commenting on how these practices harm the perception of those that benefit.
As for the statement in question, itâs a natural position that flows from the premise âabortion takes a human life.â If you accept that premise, the rest follows. Itâs wrong to force a 10 year old to carry a child, but if the option is to shoot another child in the head then most people would actually fall on Charlieâs side. Itâs about the definition of what a child is.
